In practical terms
A practical account of the public website.
The public site asks only for information needed to understand an inquiry, route it, and respond. Do not use these forms for payment-card details, passwords, or other highly sensitive records.
Information submitted through forms
A catering quote request can include your name, work email, company, phone number, requested date, estimated headcount, budget range, delivery address, preferred package or format, and planning details. A contact inquiry can include your inquiry type, name, email, company or restaurant, phone number, subject, and message.
LunchLink uses this information to review the inquiry, ask follow-up questions, prepare or discuss suitable options, and maintain a record of the conversation. Submitting a form does not by itself create or confirm an order.
Optional website analytics
Optional analytics are disabled until you choose to allow them. When allowed, the site can send a short allowlist of anonymous conversion events used to understand whether public pages and request paths are working.
The analytics implementation does not send form answers, names, email addresses, or the full page URL. The browser stores the consent choice and a randomly generated anonymous identifier. Choosing to keep analytics disabled removes that identifier.
Browser storage and your choice
The website uses browser storage to remember whether optional analytics were allowed or declined. Essential site features do not depend on allowing optional analytics. The Privacy choices control remains available so the decision can be reviewed and changed.
Service providers and legal requirements
Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, communications, or related operations. LunchLink may also preserve or disclose information when reasonably required to protect the service, respond to lawful process, or address misuse.
A final catering order may require information to be shared with the parties responsible for preparing, coordinating, or delivering it. The accepted order or other commercial terms should identify the relevant operational details.
Questions and updates
Privacy questions can be sent to info@lunchlink.ca or through the contact page. This notice can change as the public website and its information flows change; the date shown on this page identifies the current published version.
