Clear answers before the planning starts.

The clearest answer is often specific to the address, date, group size, menu, and serving format. These general answers set expectations before that review begins.

01

What is LunchLink?

LunchLink helps workplace teams bring a catering brief, suitable menu options, dietary notes, delivery instructions, and commercial confirmation into one planning conversation. The public website provides planning information; a specific order still requires current confirmation.

02

How do I start a catering request?

Use the quote planner and share the requested date and time, headcount, complete delivery address, budget range, preferred serving format, and known dietary requirements. Reception, loading, elevator, room, and onsite-contact details are helpful when they affect delivery.

03

Where does LunchLink provide catering?

LunchLink publishes planning pages for Toronto, the GTA, and selected request-based Ontario markets. A location page is not a delivery guarantee. Availability must be checked for the exact address, timing, group size, menu, and partner route.

04

Are every menu and cuisine always available?

No. Menus, ingredients, minimums, lead times, packaging, partner routes, and capacity can change. Cuisine pages help frame a request, while the current available option must be confirmed for the specific order.

05

Can LunchLink handle dietary requirements?

Dietary notes should be included in the request so ingredient questions, substitutions, labelling, and distribution can be reviewed. A dietary label or preference does not by itself guarantee an allergen-free kitchen or eliminate cross-contact risk; any critical requirement must be explicitly confirmed.

06

How much lead time is required?

Lead time depends on the date, headcount, format, menu, delivery address, and current partner capacity. Send the request as early as practical. Same-day or short-notice pages describe planning considerations, not guaranteed acceptance.

07

Can LunchLink help with recurring office meals?

Yes, a request can describe a recurring cadence, expected attendance, budget range, cuisine rotation, and delivery routine. Each delivery remains subject to current menu, route, capacity, and commercial confirmation.

08

Does submitting a form confirm my order?

No. A form submission starts a conversation. The final menu, quantities, pricing, taxes and fees, timing, delivery instructions, availability, and applicable terms must be confirmed and accepted before the order can be relied on.

09

What if I need to change or cancel an accepted order?

Contact the LunchLink representative handling the request as soon as possible. The accepted quote or order terms control whether a change is possible and whether a cancellation, adjustment, or charge applies.

10

How can a restaurant or caterer contact LunchLink?

Use the contact page and select the partnership inquiry option. LunchLink can then discuss menu suitability, production capacity, delivery coverage, packaging, dietary information, and operating requirements without implying that an active partnership already exists.

Have the practical details ready?

Share the full request so LunchLink can respond to the actual timing, address, group size, format, and dietary context.
